The focus for this retreat, and a general emphasis of Catalyst, will be personal growth. We are all the primary catalyst of all good and bad in our lives, and we feel the best way to enable each others’ growth is by no-nonsense, deep reflection.

We focus on ambitious founders & builders from our collective network of friends. Everyone will be active in a field of innovation either building, researching or growing (as in ‘company growth’). Expect backgrounds in (software) engineering, science, tech startups, and with some notable achievements along the way. No specific constraints on domain, but the general scope revolves around crypto, AI, SaaS, DTC, physics, among many others.
