The focus for this retreat, and a general emphasis of Catalyst, was personal growth. We are all the primary catalyst of all good and bad in our lives, and we feel the best way to enable each others’ growth is by no-nonsense, deep reflection.

• Knowledge sharing with accomplished peers
• Emphasis on health and longevity: good food and a balanced lifestyle

We focused on ambitious founders and builders from our collective network of friends. Everyone was active in a field of innovation, either building, researching, or driving growth (as in ‘company growth’). Participants came from backgrounds in (software) engineering, science, tech startups, and had notable achievements along the way. There were no specific constraints on domain, but the general scope revolved around crypto, AI, SaaS, DTC, physics, among many others.
